Shifa Prints maintains a fair and transparent refund policy to ensure customer satisfaction while respecting the nature of our products. Since our items include printed and devotional frames, each order is processed with care and often made or prepared specifically for dispatch.

Refunds are applicable only in cases where the product arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description provided. Customers must report such issues within a limited timeframe after delivery, along with clear proof such as images or videos for review and verification.

Once a refund request is approved, the amount will be processed through the original payment method or an agreed alternative. The timeline for receiving the refund may vary depending on the payment gateway or banking process, and we aim to complete all approved refunds as quickly as possible.

Products that are used, installed, or damaged due to customer handling are not eligible for refunds or replacements. We also do not offer refunds for minor variations in color, size, or finish, as these are natural in printed and handcrafted items.

Shifa Prints reserves the right to approve or reject refund requests after proper evaluation. By placing an order, customers agree to this refund policy and understand the limitations associated with custom and decorative printed products.
