Shifa Prints provides products including devotional frames, wall décor, printed artwork, and related decorative items. By purchasing from us, customers agree that all products are intended for personal, decorative, and non-commercial use unless explicitly stated otherwise.

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and details are accurate and up to date. However, slight variations in color, size, finish, or appearance may occur due to lighting, printing process, or screen differences. These minor variations do not qualify as defects.

Orders placed with Shifa Prints are processed based on availability and production timelines. Once an order is confirmed, it may enter processing immediately, and changes or cancellations may not always be possible. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of errors, stock issues, or unforeseen circumstances.

We take quality seriously and ensure each product is inspected before dispatch. In the event of damage during transit or manufacturing defects, customers must report the issue within a reasonable time frame for review and possible replacement as per our policy. Normal wear, mishandling, or improper installation is not covered.
